Membership Information

Guests are welcome to attend our meetings and you can visit as many times as you like before becoming a member. As a guest, you will be invited to participate in some activities such as Table Topics and you can provide us with your feedback at the end of the meeting.

To take full advantage of the benefits offered by Toastmasters, all you need to pay is a one-off $60 joining fee and a $60 membership fee every six months. This works out at less than $6 per meeting.

Anyone aged 18 to 108 can become a member!

Your toastmasters membership provides the following benefits:

A unique means of learning and improving your communicative abilities within an structured atmosphere of fellowship and fun

Experience in leadership development through club involvement: by playing leading roles in meetings and also by leading the Club in Executive positions

Professionally prepared educational manuals, materials and resources on speaking, listening, discussion, audio-visual techniques and meeting procedures

The monthly Toastmaster magazine

Continuing practice and exposure to sound communication techniques

Increased confidence and ability to organise logical thought and present it self-assuredly

Opportunities to participate in and win contests at Club, Area, District and International level
